Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CALL-IT Global Golf Engagement Platform ("Platform"), operated by AleBuca Global Connect, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company with its United States headquarters in Frisco, Texas, and its international headquarters in Willemstad, Curaçao ("CALL-IT," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an account or use the Platform.

By using CALL-IT, you represent and warrant that:

You meet all eligibility requirements.
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
All information you provide is accurate and current.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to meet these requirements.

2. PLATFORM OVERVIEW

CALL-IT is a Global Golf Engagement Platform that connects golfers, golf courses, sponsors, merchants, charities, and business partners through participation, competitions, rewards, experiences, and promotional activations.

Platform features may include:

Membership Programs
Original Calls (O.C.'s)
Founders Program
CALL Declarations
Tournaments
Leagues
Challenges
Sponsor Activations
Rewards
Digital Wallet Services
Golf Course Participation
Community Features

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

Maintaining your account credentials.
All activity occurring under your account.
Providing accurate information.
Immediately notifying CALL-IT of unauthorized account activity.

You agree not to:

Share your account.
Create multiple fraudulent accounts.
Use false identity information.
Access another user's account.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING

CALL-IT utilizes SatsPay as its exclusive payment and settlement infrastructure.

Membership purchases, subscriptions, rewards, promotional purchases, and other authorized financial transactions are processed through the SatsPay ecosystem.

All approved purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized by CALL-IT.

5. MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships provide access to Platform features, benefits, promotions, and experiences.

Membership benefits may change as the Platform evolves.

Memberships are subject to these Terms and any additional membership-specific conditions published by CALL-IT.

6. ORIGINAL CALLS (O.C.'s) & FOUNDERS PROGRAM

CALL-IT may offer limited Founding Membership programs including Original Calls (O.C.'s), Founder memberships, and other limited-edition participation opportunities.

Participation in these programs:

Does not constitute an investment.
Does not provide ownership in the Company.
Does not provide equity, dividends, or profit-sharing rights.
Provides access only to the benefits described by CALL-IT.

Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. PARTICIPATION & VERIFICATION

Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted through the Platform, including:

CALL declarations.
Round submissions.
Tournament participation.
Hole-in-One verification.
Reward claims.

CALL-IT reserves the right to verify all submissions before recognizing achievements or awarding benefits.

8. REWARDS & PROMOTIONAL ACTIVATIONS

Rewards, sponsor activations, promotional offers, coupons, discounts, and experiences are offered subject to availability.

Sponsors and participating merchants establish their own redemption requirements where applicable.

CALL-IT does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific promotion or reward.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree not to:

Engage in fraud.
Manipulate competitions.
Submit false scores or false claims.
Abuse promotional programs.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Interfere with Platform operations.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, videos, and branding remain the exclusive property of AleBuca Global Connect, LLC or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the CALL-IT Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CALL-IT shall not be liable for:

Service interruptions.
Data loss.
Technical failures.
Errors in third-party services.
Lost business opportunities.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CALL-IT, AleBuca Global Connect, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents from any claims arising from:

Your use of the Platform.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Your infringement of third-party rights.

14. TERMINATION

CALL-IT may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for:

Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent activity.
Abuse of Platform features.
Illegal conduct.
Any activity deemed harmful to the Platform or its members.

15. MODIFICATIONS

CALL-IT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao unless otherwise required by applicable law.
